Bloc 6 is a residential district on Polyphn, a multi-story residential tower where Mara Vex’s family lived and where Brick grew up.
About a year before the crew’s visit to Polyphn, a maglev/transport crashed into the tower, killing William Sallerist and everyone aboard along with a number of local residents. The official story was that there were no survivors, but Mara Vex secretly survived and has spent the year since hunting for proof that Sallerist’s death, and the crash, were staged.
