Dr. Sial runs a ripperdoc clinic in the underground of Polyphn, beneath Hakumei Prefecture. He is a tall, wiry man with skin the color of old brass and a lattice of fine circuitry tattooed across his scalp, with mismatched eyes: one a cloudy original, the other a bright red cybernetic implant that whirs softly when it focuses. His clinic, cramped and dingy on the outside, houses some of the most advanced medical technology in the district, including insectoid surgical arms for precision bio-mod work.
An old ally of Mara Vex, Sial installed her cybernetic modifications (a telescopic ocular implant and a cochlear “Ghost Talker” transceiver) and treated the crew when they arrived at his clinic needing care after a gravcar chase across the city.
