The Neon Fangs are a gang controlling the docking bays from the low 40s down to bay 20 on Camiri 4. Despite the “gang” label, they’re genuinely good people, a community that has organized itself for mutual protection and commerce. Their territory is essentially a giant open-air market, with stalls, merchants, residents, hostels, and even a shanty town. Roughly 85 members strong, they wear red-and-black spray-painted armor and carry a red rat with two fangs as their symbol, an emblem nearly identical to that of the rival Drift Rats, suggesting the two gangs may share a common origin.
Guards are polite and keep order, functioning less like criminals and more like a community police force protecting their own from the more dangerous Drift Rats and other threats. The Neon Fangs invited the crew of The Scapegoat to join their collective.
